Happy Paws dog walking in Newcastle offers you a choice of fun filled professional group walks that are great for socialising or a solo dog walk, when available, if you prefer. Whichever option you choose, all walks are fully supervised by a professional dog walker, Darrin or Julie and often both of us, and your dog will get plenty of exercise, love and attention.
Before the fun starts on our walks, we need to meet you and your dog at our free initial consultation. We want to ensure that we meet all your dog’s individual needs and aim to be as flexible as possible and we’re sure you’d like to meet us too and know your dog is in safe hands. There are lots of things we’d like to know about your dog. How do they get on with other dogs? Do they like water? Are they happy and safe to walk off-lead? What kind of walks do they like? Can we give them treats as a reward?

Happy Paws dog walks take place at a variety of locations across the Newcastle upon Tyne area aimed to fulfil all your dog’s mental and physical needs. We cover Gosforth, Kingston Park, Dinnington, Woolsington, Hazelrigg, Great Park, Fawdon and Kenton. Most of our walks are for an hour but if you require other lengths of walks we will try to meet your dog’s individual requirements subject to availability. Whichever option you choose, you only pay for the actual walk time as collection, drop off and clean up time is covered by us plus we won’t forget to top up their water bowl before we leave and give out a few treats if allowed. We will send you a WhatsApp message with photos to let you know how each walk has gone and that your dog is home and happy. With your permission, we’ll take a few photographs on most walks and put some of them on our Facebook Twitter and Instagram pages so you can see just how much they enjoy their walks. All dogs must be fully up to date with vaccinations and flea and worm treated. Regrettably, Happy Paws are unable to walk females in season on group walks but we will try to accommodate them with solo walks wherever possible.
